🎲 Dice Gal

This is Lady Luck (aka dice gal) She does a few things

Interact with her serving tray to be given a random dice (cooldown configurable)

Interact with her hand to make a devil deal and be returned to the ship, but at a horrible cost (cooldown configurable)

Interact with her head to roll her head and make new potentially great/horrible effects happen (cooldown configurable)

Her existance has sparked a new subset of dice effect types - GalGreat GalMixed and GalAwful These can't be rolled by dice (except via select effect), but are only rolled by her
